Boobies is actualy a nick name for a woman breast. Some people maybe calling it boobs. Whatever it is, a breast is very important for a woman. A friend of mine who already lost her breast because of breast cancer, willing to undergo an operation to re-build a fake breast. For the rest of us, please take care of your breast. How? Breast cancer is an uncontrolled growth of breast cells. Normally our cells will re-generate to replace the old ones. In this case, a mutation had cause certain cells to re-generate without control and forming a tumour. They are 2 typer of tumour.

1)Benign tumors - not a cancer.

2)Malignant tumors - cancer.

BSE is important to detect Malignant tumours.

All of the following are symptoms of breast cancer, so you should look out for these tell-tale signs when you do your breast self-exam:
Persistent lump in the breast or armpit area
Dimpling or color changes in the breast, areola or nipple
A newly retracted nipple
Nipple discharge
A change in the size or shape of the breast


Family history is a risk factor for breast cancer, which can be due to factors such as lifestyle or associated with specific genetic mutations. So far, researchers have found two genes (BRCA1 and BRCA2) that, if defective, can increase susceptibility to the disease.


If you menopause late, have your first child after age 30 or have no children at all, you are at a higher risk of developing breast cancer. In addition, several studies also link alcohol intake on a regular basis with an increased risk of breast cancer.


80% or four in five women diagnosed with breast cancer have no known risk factors. So it is important that every woman screens herself regularly for breast cancer and practises a healthy lifestyle.


Every woman aged 20 years and above should perform breast self-exam once every month. Early detection of breast cancer can help save lives and breasts.


Breast cancer treatments include surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. Depending on the stage and type of breast cancer, doctors may use one or a combination of therapies.


Not all breast cancer surgeries require the removal of the entire breast or mastectomy. If the breast cancer is in the early stages, usually only the breast lump and some surrounding tissue and lymph nodes are removed (lumpectomy). Mastectomy is required when the cancer is found in numerous parts of the breast or the cancerous area is large.
